We have two Montenegro villas for rent in the beautiful south facing villages of Perast and Orahovac both are within 20 metres of the sea with terraces overlooking the Bay of Kotor (Boka Kotorska) in easy reach of Dubrovnik ( Croatia) and Tivat airports. Easyjet and Wizz Air now offer cheap flights to Dubrovnik only one and a half hours drive from the villas.

Kotor Bay ( Boka Kotorska) offers a wonderful base for those looking for a Beach/ Activity holiday with it's Mediterranean climate or for sites of Historical interest, the Medival town of Kotor is not far away or Roman Mosaics in Risan.

Hikers and Walkers, the Bay of Kotor is a wonderful base for day trips exploring the many wonderful walks some on ancient Austrian roads.The best time to visit the area is April to the end of June or September to end of October when it is cooler.
