The villa is south facing and enjoys long hours of sunshine, situated less than 20 metres from the water front, with beautiful sea views from all three bedrooms. It is spacious 110 sq metres with terrace and has been refurbished with style, yet remaining in touch with the Venetian Gothic Heritage.
The ground floor is open plan living area with wireless internet,satelliteTV, DVD, including double sofa bed, kitchen and dining area. Outside on the terrace which also has a view over the bay you have a table, 6 chairs and barbeque for alfresco dining.
1st Floor has a large family bedroom with King-sized double bed, double sofa bed and shower room with wc.
2nd Floor has a twin bedroom, double bedroom with Queen sized bed and shared shower room with large shower, wc and washing machine.
For those with families or who want to spend a night relaxing on the terrace, the Otok Bronza Konoba has in the past delivered a meal or there is a fresh pizza take away.
All along the sea front are small jetties for swimming and sunbathing and either end of Perast you have long jetty type beaches one with beach bar and one with a boules area and bar.
Perast is tranquil and picturesque and suits the more discerning traveller who is looking for something special and provides a great base to discover the countries’ beauty.
It is essentially an old stone nautical town with a strong Venetian influence, located on the Kotor Bay and surrounded by mountains covered with pine trees. The natural beauty is breathtaking with views around the bay. The town is rich in history which can be uncovered in the local museum. The two islands of St George and Our Lady of the Rock are close by and can be visited in one of the small boats leaving from the square.
During the year Perast has many festivals which are celebrated near the main square in the early evening.
15th May Commemorates the famous victory over the Turks in 1654.
Fasinada which is unique to Perast . On the 22nd July 1452 an icon of the Virgin was found on a small crag in the sea and the construction of the island of Our Lady of the Rock began.On this day every year people bring stones in their boats and drop them in the sea around the island.
On the same day a Regatta is held in Perast in memory of Perast's magnificent history of sea-faring and navigation, all sailboats in the Boka participate in a regatta for the Fasinada Cup.
International Festival of Klape ( traditional banda) held on the second week of August.
Perast has one hotel called the Hotel Conte, which is surrounded in the summer months by small bars and restaurants.
Perast is perfectly situated for relaxing or exploring around the ancient towns and cities of this region - Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi and Rose and offers tranquillity, history, walking, wildlife and total relaxation in one of the most stunning locations in Europe.
Hikers and Walkers, the Bay of Kotor is a wonderful base for day trips exploring the many wonderful walks some on ancient Austrian roads.The best time to visit the area is April to the end of June or September to end of October when it is cooler.

We have a wood burning stove and electric heaters to keep the house warm in winter and air-conditioning units in summer. Extra water tank in case of water shortages during the summer.
Cot rental 40€ per stay.
High chair 15€ per stay.
Parking is nearby. The villa is up steps and not suitable for people with restricted mobility.
Outside the Villa
On the terrace there are table and chairs and a barbeque.
Coast/Beach
20 metres from the sea front. Our local agent can advise you on the nearest sandy beach.
Travel
Dubrovnik airport 40 miles. Tivat airport 16 miles. Podgorica airport 2 hour drive. Car hire is strongly recommended which is available from all airports.
Distances
Kotor - Medieval walled city (15 minutes by car).
Budva - Ancient town and beautiful beaches (30 minutes).
Herceg Novi - Shopping and beautiful old town (20 minutes).
Cetinje - Historic capital (1 hour).

The night life is good in Kotor old town with lots of cafe, restaurants and a night club.
The local bus service runs until quite late between Kotor and Risan.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 25% deposit payable on booking, the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
Payment is in Euro's via bank transfer or sterling if you would prefer.
A refundable deposit of 300 euro's is required on arrival to cover any breakages.
A local tax of 80 cents per person a day needs paying within 24 hrs, our agent will advise you.
